My Splash Snorkeling is a locally owned eco‑tour company that takes small groups to the most vibrant reefs around Wailea and Makena. We focus on safety, fun, and reef conservation.
THE GIG
We’re looking for an energetic, ocean‑loving guide who can lead daily snorkeling excursions, educate guests about marine life, and create unforgettable memories.
We need 1 tour guide for Wailea and 1 tour guide for Lahaina
RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome guests, fit gear, review safety briefing & marine‑life etiquette
Guide groups of 4–6 in the water, pointing out wildlife and monitoring safety
Take GoPro photos/video for guests we supply the gear (optional)
Rinse & stow equipment, log trip reports, keep them spotless
Communicate weather or safety concerns to the office in real time
REQUIREMENTS
Strong swimming & snorkeling skills; comfortable in open water
First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
Outgoing personality—you’ll be the face of our brand
Able to lift equipment, boards, sea scooters, etc. and stand in the sun for several hours
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and fluent in English
SCHEDULE & PAY
Seasonal or full‑time or year‑round part‑time available
Typical shift: 6:30 AM – 11:30 AM 4–5 days/week
Pay: $50 + tips (our guides average $200+/day)
Paid training, gear provided
